Description Guido Schmidt 2004-03-25 13:44:19 UTC
Version: (using KDE )
Installed from: KDE 3.2.1
OS: Search

The mail status icon style changed from former simple and readable symbols to fancy little pictures making it very hard to to distinguish especially between status READ (or NEW) and UNREAD. Formerly I was able to find the new mails in a folder at a glance but now I have to search them with my nose right on the monitor surface.
Could you bring back the old fashioned symbols or, even better, give me the choice to use different sets? (Hopefully I haven't overlooked the settings dialog already offering this feature)

Thanks in advance
Guido Schmidt

Changed to JJ; one approach would be to tar up other icons and stick them on kde-look.

Hello,

I did these icons recently, which are more readable (they are designed to fit with Nuvola icon theme, but they do with Crystal too)

Hope this will help you ! They've replaced the other for me now currently :-)

Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.
Thank you for your understanding.

Instead of creating a new feature request, please confirm here if the wishlist is still valid for kmail2.
