Some people send me email with everything in a TNEF object. when I forward it to someone else I don't want to force them to read the TNEF (they may not be running KMail), so I would like to be able to view the TNEF and then drag and drop the attachments in it directly into the mail composer. 

Also dragging attachments to the desktop will be nicer then clicking "Extract To".
