Open 2 instances of Konqueror side-by-side. Open a page with a page link on it in one of the instances. Put the mouse pointer on the link. Hold down any mouse button and drag the mouse pointer to the other instance and let go of the mouse button. The problem is that nothing happens. No matter what mouse button is used. Before upgrading to KDE-3.2.1 the page link would be opened in the target instance. Fedora-development with KDE-3.2.1 as of today via up2date exhibits the same problem.
