I use the file list loader plugin for kate to automatically open various parts of large projects that I'm working on. For example, I have kate file lists for the various kopete protocol plugins and some koffice stuff. It would be nice if KDevelop could either use the Kate File List plugin and allow me to use my previous file lists or import these file lists as new projects.

We do have file lists on KDevelop HEAD.
But you need KDE >= 3.2.0 to compile it.

we have document list, we're not sure it'll stay in kdev4 but thats a different story
