Yes, there is currently no easy way of bookmarking the currently open documentation page. You can only create bookmarks by rightclicking items in the documentation tree. This has technical reasons. This is clearly non-optimal and the TODO file contains an entry about it, but as it's simply not implemented functionality, it isn't malfunctioning and so can't really be called a bug.
