When selecting addresses from the addressbook there're three buttons to add them.
to, cc and bcc.

to is transalated with 'Nach' which is wrong, it should be 'An'.
(Same in the list of selected recipients)

The bug that you reported has been identified and has been fixed in the
latest development (CVS) version of KDE. The bug report will be closed.

Fixed in cvs KDE_3_2_BRANCH.
