If you surf to http://www.phpmyadmin.net and you click on a release notes-link konqueror crashes. If you only copy this link in the address-bar it doesn't crash.

I can verify this crash with a konstruct build from KDE_3_2_BRANCH.

I attached the backtrace I got, no idea if it is helpful. 

Reopened the bugreport (makes sense until it is verified to work with current KDE_3_2_BRANCH, no?)
