I have the same problem trying to add things to the main program itself. I'm using Kdevelop 3.0.1 in KDE 3.2 compiled from sources for gentoo, working from a fortran hello world program. Daniel, try to find a different bug that matches your problem, or create a new bug report. Your Fortran project is doubtlessly not related to the Automake Manager. Unreproducible, no backtrace.
