Description Andy Parkins 2004-02-13 16:55:22 UTC
Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.2.0)
Installed from:    Debian stable Packages
OS:          Linux

* Settings->Configure KOrganizer...->Views->Day begins at

It's a great idea to have a day begins at option, I think it should be used more strongly. If I tell KOrganizer that my day starts at 0600 then I would like the agenda to run from 0600 to 0559; rather than 0000 to 2359 as it does now. Psychologically, I think that after midnight is still the same day, for me, my day separator is going to sleep.

This would be beneficial for two reasons:
 1) Views->Day begins at option would do something visible
 2) Appointments that go on after midnight would not look so strange.

Even better, an additional "Day Stops At" option, so that ones typical sleeping hours can be filtered out of the agenda view and the remainder can be shown in higher resolution.
