could you attach some of the files that reproduce the error?
Thanks
Comment 2 ghai12 2004-02-15 04:26:38 UTC
no any error, but the PDF file can not be displayed(in kghostview, the page is blank,or only some words is displayed, some others disappeared).

for one time,I installed KDE 3.2,all PDF files can be displayed;but when I install some other Additional KDE packages,it become as that as above.which KDE packages effect it?I want to know.

I can confirm this behavior for kde-3.2.3's kghostview.
After updating from 3.2.2 I can't view some files without an error message and when I try to print, it says that "application/x-serosize" isn't supported and if I want to convert it to a printable format.

With acroread there wasn't any problem at all, so it seems to be a Bug in latest kghostview.

kghostview failure

Here is another one:

Xpdf renders it correctly. BTW the problem is a sort of pages overlay rather
than a rendering problem as u can see in the attached screenshot.

None of the linked documents is available anymore. Can anyone confirm whether this works or does not work with Okular?

No answer for years.
