I can reproduce this crash everytime by doing the following:
Go to the KHotkeys configuration screen (my version says 2.0)
Make a new action, set it to 'simple' gesture-to-keyboard-input action.
Make a new specific window to send the input to. That option is selected in the list listing the windows. Click in the list to unselect the just-made window. Click 'delete'. The option disappears, but the delete and modify buttons don't get grayed out. 
Clicking anyone of those leads to a crash.
