KSig in kdeaddons needs documentation.  This should cover (briefly, it's only a 
little app) both using it standalone or from within kmail. 
 
Additionally, a few paragraphs suitable to add into the main kmail doc could be 
useful. 
 
If you wish to take up this TODO task, please contact kde-doc-english@kde.org 
to avoid duplicating effort.

new documentation for KSig

Here is some documentation for KSig. the ksig_docs.tar.bz2 archive contains:

+ doc/index.docbook
+ doc/screenshot.png

Validates and builds without error. Tested in KHelpCenter and Konqueror. Looks
good to me.

Definitely needs to be proofread.
