Installed from:    RedHat RPMs

Keyboard shortcuts for tool views (show files / projects / etc. ) are not present after restarting kate. Kate also converts tool view keyboard shortcuts using the windows key to use the meta key.

Please try to describe this more detailled. How can I reproduce this issue?
