Installed from:    RedHat RPMs
Compiler:          Default Fedora Core 1 (not which compiler that is)

With the Klipper applet added, typing in OpenOffice.org is slowed tremendiously.  I can finish typing a normal sentence and wait 1 - 2 seconds for the sentence to appear completely.  This behaviour was not noticed in KDE 3.1.x nor Gnome.  It started when I upgrade to KDE3.2.  Disabling Klipper allowed my typing to appear normally.

I am running Fedora Core 1, and upgraded KDE from the default 3.1.x that is installed by Fedora.  OpenOffice.org is version 1.1.

The reason is probably the same like in bug #74487.

I cannot reproduce the problem with current KDE. If you still can, please reopen and describe precisely how to reproduce it.
