At present the user can enter arbitrary X-Headers, but not ordinary ones such as Approved:. Many newsreaders have this functionality, and it is required in order to post to certain newsgroups. I'm not talking about subverting proper moderation systems - at least one newsgroup requires users to set their own Approved: lines in order to exclude spam and other undesirables.

Two possibilities for a fix present themselves: either a free box to enter arbitrary text to be inserted in the header portion of the post, or a more structured method in which the possible header types are known and a value can be entered against zero or more of them.

Crap. The KDE version is actually 3.1.3, though I doubt it matters.
