The Format Cells dialog in KSpread should be described more fully in the 
documentation, specifically the 'Borders', 'Position' and 'Data Format'

hmmm.... I looked at these sections. It seems to me that they are 
"now" described well enough there - at least as detailed as the rest 
of KSpread. What do you think Philip, can the bug/wishlist report be 
closed? I don't know if this has been improved "after" you reported 
this. Might be possible though(?).

If you think it still lacks information, please give me more details 
what information is missing.

CVS commit by raphael: 

Completly restructure the description of cell format. Now all descriptions
of the Cell Format tabs are together. Added some additional description,
added me as author of that chapter, added screenshots of all described
cell format pages.

note: there was no description about the "Cell Protection" page, I will
find out about this functionality and add this section as well.
