File-association config for *.pdf file is set as:
1. General tab.
Kghostview
KPdf
Acrobat Reader

2. Embedding tab.
Show file in separate viewer
Service pref. order:
kghostview
nsplugin
kdf_part

Under these settings, the "Open with..." (in context menu) is:
KGhostView
KGhostView
KPDF
Acrobat Reader

because you have that app 2 times in the config? ;)

You mean kghostview in "service preference order"? It's
the default configuration (bar acrobat reader). After all,
I've tried to remove it, but kde automatically readded this
(I suppose it's because of the setting in "general tab").

Must be residual of previous configuration. After deleted and
readded the association, the behavior is correct. Apparently,
in the embedding tab, it should be "kpart_ghostview".
