Same problem here after upgrading to KDE 3.2 rc1. I have narrowed it down to writing "on the fly". Burning works if this option is turned off. Charles true, i've disabled on the fly burning and it works just fine, thanks ! but what's wrong with the rc1? an older cvs compile didn't have this problem ... .costin I think this bug can be closed because it is fixed according to the changelog of the newly released k3b 0.11.1: | 0.11.1: fixed an issue introduced with KDE 3.2rc1 which caused | on-the-fly data writing to fail all the time.
