New Kcontrol manual page
This is a docbook file for the KControl module (KDE performance). I am not
very CVS savy so if someone could:
1) Check the document for markup/grammer/spelling
2) Create the necessary files to integrate this into CVS and the helpcenter
3) Close this bug when that is completed.

The KDE Performance page contains some options for Konqueror preloading and memory usage. It needs documentation which will live in kdebase/doc/kcontrol. Take a look at the other documents in kdebase/doc/kcontrol to get an idea of what is needed. If you wish to take up this todo, please contact kde-doc-english@kde.org to avoid duplicating effort.
