Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.1.94)

add commandline switch to specify charset
I need this for file bindings.
For example if extension is .koi - the charset is koi8u
or if .cp1251 - the charset is cp1251


i don't even ask you for automatic detection of encoding
(though there are many windows apps that can do this)

has command line switch now, in KDE 3.5
