Description Aurelien Marchand 2004-01-16 20:41:05 UTC
Version: 4.0 (using KDE 3.1.0)
Installed from: Mandrake Linux Cooker i586 - Cooker
Compiler: gcc version 3.2.2 (Mandrake Linux 9.1 3.2.2-3mdk)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.21-0.13mdk

for idea of what I am talking about, go to: http://si-french.sf.net/translate/index.html and make sure your browser is small enough that you can see scrollbars.
Now scroll down the page enough so that the input box is "entering" the top layer. As you can see, the text disappears like it should, but not the input box. The top layer has a z-index really high but not matter how high I make it, the input box still shows on top.
Btw, check out the source to see the CSS settings.

Works great on Mozilla 1.4.
