Configure Shortcuts->"Read Up Document" and "Read Down Document"? Is that what you are looking for? Yes, thank you. It seems that naming in my i18n (Polish) is inconsistent ("Scroll up" ("Przesuń w górę") and "Fast-forward document" ("Przewiń dokument")), but that's another bug.
Nevertheless the default key for "Read down document"---space, that is---wasn't listed. If it was I would have noticed and wouldn't file this report in first place. It's strange that it worked anyway. And it works even if I add it and remove again.
The funniest thing happens when I set space to "Read up document". It works as this command, unless the window is at the very beginning of the file. It scrolls down then, but only for that one time. So, when you hit space again, you're back at the beginning.
I hope the above is not overly confusing of a description ;-).
