Version: (using KDE Devel) Installed from: Compiled sources When using a resolution of 1600 x 1200 longer startup messages get cut off by the progress bar at the right. ("Longer messages" like this one from the German translation: "Angeschlossene Geräte werden initialisiert" for "Initializing peripherals") I'd suggest to make the whole thing wider, let the progress appear later (like in 3.1) or remove it altogether.
