Start Kontact -> I get a Question Dialog:
IMAP Resource Folders:
KMail will now create the required folders for the IMAP resource as subfolders of INBOX. If you don't want this, press "No", and the IMAP resource will be disabled.

Click Yes has no efect for next kontact start.

I have configure in Kmail a imap resource and in calendar a default imap resource.

Simply point kmails configuration dialog to where your imap folders in fact are (see misc->workgroup under "settings" in kmail). They have to be somewhere after all, otherwise the resources for the calender would point nowhere.

I have selected German and the Imap-Inbox folder..

Resource folder creation on online imap accounts was broken, but is now fixed in cvs.

BTW I have disconnect imap.
