Can't configure summary page ( no menu, no right menu ). can't choose what I want to display and how the layout should be ( should have several typical layout as in kmail for example where the user will be able to select one )

A menu for configuring the single summary view parts is available
under Settings->Configure Summary.
Let the user choose where to move the single widgets isn't implemented yet
and is already reported as a wishlist item
