Login failed on MSN, any time i will login to MSN there will be no login and online status ..so i can not use MSN under Kopete

Fixed in current release and CVS.  Upgrade and the problem will be fixed.

As a workaround you may drag an existing MSN contact to a different group and back, and then sign on - this will make the login work until you can get an update installed.
