Currently, if you hover over the icon for a tab, it displays a close button. While this used to be the behavior for the other apps that use the new tab widget, it is no longer the case.  To be consistent, the behavior should be changed to disallow the changing of the icon, thus disallowing the behavior. It also keeps people from accidentally closing their tabs when they really wanted to change to that tab.

This was reported by a user in #kopete and i'm just the messenger.
