Version:           4.0 (using KDE 3.1.94 (CVS >= 20031206), compiled sources)
Compiler:          gcc version 2.96 20000731 (Red Hat Linux 7.2 2.96-112.7.2)
OS:          Linux (i686) release 2.4.22

Not sure if kwin is the problem here:

I have konqueror open, click on a link to download some file, and click in the dialog which appears on "save as...". Then the save-as file dialog appears, but it is shown _behind_ the konqueror window and konqi stays to be the active window.

In KDE-3.1.4 this was correct.

Is the dialog from Konqueror or KGet?
