Clicking on links in kmail does not always open up the link.  For instance, a 
message with a url that points to a .pdf file should open up kghostview and 
open that file.  Running kghostview and doing File->Open and pasting the url 
allows kghostview to open it without problems.  In addition, triggering this 
from khtml works without problems.  However in kmail, kghostview opens and the 
progress dialog sits at 0% forever.

Not a kmail bug in this case.
