Description Malte S. Stretz 2003-11-26 22:21:29 UTC
Version: 3.1.93 (using KDE 3.1.93 (3.2 beta 1), Gentoo)
Compiler: gcc version 3.2.3 20030422 (Gentoo Linux 1.4 3.2.3-r2, propolice)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.20-gentoo-r8

Guess it's too late for this feature to go into 3.2, but this annoys the hell out of me for some time now:

There are some sites which open popup windows without all the usual stuff like the menu- and statusbar. Especially if those windows contain links, it's very useful to have the status bar so you can hover over the links to see where they go without having to open them.

It's easy to get the menu bar back (if you know how) and via the Settings menu you can also get the toolbars. But... there seem to be no way to get back the statusbar once it's gone. Would be great if that option was in the Settings menu where all the other stuff is. (There might even be a string to do this because I'm pretty sure that I found that option some days ago but now I can't find it again.)
