I'm really not sure whether implementing this is a good idea. After all, it's obvious that this will only prevent accidental sending of confidential data. Yes, I know, it's not meant to be a security measure. I just would like to be able to perform some action on certain types of attachments, that's all. Since spammers are now putting there messages in images jpeg etc, I would like to filter all email for attachments and if not a known source I can just send them to the trash right-away. If this is now possible please let me know. Isn't this accomplished with the Filters (for incoming and outgoing messages) where you can detect and do quite a lot of combinations inside kmail or use any external program. If so, could this wish be considered implemented? Think so as long no one objects |
