If I have klaptop running, after about 10 minutes of use, my laptop begins show a slowdown in system behavior and almost constant hard drive activity. 

How to reproduce:

1. Enable klaptop.

2. Do some work for 10 minutes.

3. Watch system responsiveness slow down and the hard drive light light up constantly.

this is a known problem, actually a bug in qt - you need to get the latest qt-copy or the next upcoming qt release for a fix
