That's strange, kprinter should act like any other KDE app that calls the print dialog. Could you increase the debug level of the CUPS server (in /etc/cups/cupsd.conf, set "LogLevel" to "debug2", then restart CUPS server), and monitor the log file /var/log/cups/error_log while calling kprinter to check for abnormal log messages? Michael. Do you still have the problem? Two years old bug. No answer from the original reporter to the latest query. Closing old Resolved status bug. |
