Description Jean-Fran 2003-11-03 09:40:28 UTC
Version: 2.0b1 (using KDE KDE 3.1.4)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages
Compiler: gcc 3.2
OS: Linux

I was running juk 1.1 : every single file in my juk directories, including ogg, mp3, m3u, etc. were scanned and added to the collection list at startup.

When upgrading to juk 2.0b1, the collection list was exactly the same as in 1.1, until I removed (cleared) the list to make it rescan the directories (the files were still there, be assured). Something stranged happenned : only the m3u and mp3 I had were added to the list, all the Oggs were skipped.

I closed juk and removed all its config files in .kde/..., restarted it. It scanned again, and still not oggs in the collection list.

Perhaps it is MusicBrainz related?
