Well, all is said in the short description : If I set me away for my jabber accounts, the others see me offline.
(I use kopete 0.8beta1, but that bug isn't new)

I am using kopete from CVS, and when I set myself away others also see me away(not offline).

I've never seen this either. Both here and at work the Away works just fine.

Without additional information I'm afraid we have to close this bug.

Please don't close this bug as "fixed", it really confuses.

I'm facing this same problem here with this bug of mine

I noticed it after a few days of testing.

In addition to this bug, when i'm shown as online, others can't receive my messages that i send.

That's until i'm lucky, and i am shown as online, and can send and receive for about 2 minutes, then it's back to the same problems for an hour or two.
