Hi!

I'd like to have the possibility to have two "location bars":
One's content being unchangeable (only a display), showing the
last request made by Konqueror (what the location bar in the
current version is showing), the second one's content alterable,
showing the address I have purposely wanted to go to (typed in,
clicked on a link, given as an argument, ... , but not the
result of e.g. having followed a redirect). Whether clicking on
a link should be regarded as an uttering of purpose might be
made configurable?!

I do believe that not everyone would like to see those two bars,
but as the necessary information should be available, I hope
someone will see some sort of sense in this wish. :-)

I think the window title sufficiently shows this.

Hm, it shows what? My Konqueror's window title usually shows the
HTML page's title tag's contents which is far less informative
than the address I've been redirected to. :-)

Or have I misunderstood you and overlooked something?

I would really like this feature being implemented as I don't want to browse through the manpage listing for a certain manpage instead of just type in man:/page(section) in the location bar like in GNOME Yelp counterpart application.
