One of Windows' most annoying bugs seems to be in recent HEAD snapshots of 
kicker.

When kicker crashes and restart, it loses the tray icons.
100 % reproductible : try "kdekillall kicker && kicker"

I don't have this problem (snapshots 031102).
I killed kicker and it restarted with its trayicons.
