Received through the Debian BTS (#208899).

I would like for kspread to be able to switch rows and columns in part or all of the spreadsheet.  You could also incorporate the feature into "Paste Special" like Microsoft Excel does, where you can choose to paste an array of cells with rows and columns exchanged.
