Let a meeting be at Wed. 11 to 12 in the morning. Someone sent in a file corresponding to that meeting.  
It would be nice to have a 'related files' list where to add/remove files related to one appointment. 
These files should open in their corresponding programs on click. If listed files aren't available any more, they should be marked.
