Version: (using KDE KDE 3.1.4)
Installed from: Compiled From Sources

I would like to see a configurable extra toolbar with buttons for recently used folders. This is the only thing now that prevents me from migrating from Exmh/MH to KMail/IMAP.
The default functionality could be:
Left button -> Open this folder
Right button -> Move current message here

It would also be nice to be able to lock some of the folders in the bar. The unlocked ones would be continually updated with the most recently used.

Just another idea for this subject.

Instead of adding an extra toolbar you could add another listview called "favourite folders" that could be displayed in the top-left corner of the main-window above the treeview.

It should be possible to add folders to this list by dragging them from the treeview (where they remain, you are just creating a link to the folder). Removing folders from this list could be handled by adding an entry to each folder's context-menu.

Yes, that would be fine as long as the "recently used" functionalty is also implemented.

Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.
Thank you for your understanding.

Instead of creating a new feature request, please confirm here if the wishlist is still valid for kmail2.
