The most annoying limitation of the trash bin is that you can't move multiple files with an identical name to the trash. I understand that providing a full-featured trashcan would be a major effort, but I wonder if konqueror could handle multiple files like "mv --backup=numbered" does? That is, if the file already exists, simple append a number to it and try moving again. If the new name is taken as well, simply increment the number.

I'm afraid this will be marked as a duplicate of #42686 and closed, but it's not quite the same thing (albeit related).
