I propose to add an extened info for mp3 files in multimedia programs like noautun.
These are codec name (and version - for lame) used do create mp3 file, diagram of joint stereo type, bitrate gistogram (for vbr mp3s).
All code is already done in mp3guessenc project. You can find it at shibatch.sourceforge.net, GPL

Additinally, it is good feature to generate html statistics file from m3u list (songs, their duration, bitrate; average bitrate/time of all songs in playlist) as (and better) it is done in winamp

Sorry, this is just a little overboard.  I don't think it really makes sense to display this to most users in the dialog (Actually I think there's probably too much as is.) and it doesn't really make much sense to add a configuration option either...
