Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.1.3)
Installed from:    Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS:          Linux

Could Konqueror also have:
- a menu items for go called "Increment URL" and "Decrement URL"
- buttons like the up, right and left arrow but then buttons with a + and a -
- short-cuts for these like '-' and '+' and/or '=' (latter is a plus without shift, like = is zoom/+ in GIMP)

All these controls should increment of decrement the current URL, some examples would be for increment

http://www.aa.bb/images/10a.jpg -> http://www.aa.bb/images/10b.jpg
http://www.aa.bb/images/a001.jpg -> http://www.aa.bb/images/a002.jpg
http://www.aa.bb/images/99.jpg -> http://www.aa.bb/images/100.jpg

the reverse would be for Decrement URL

Of course this increment and decrement schema/rules can be extended.

http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=32627 is a similar request, 
perhaps intersting to reuse the design or code

This would neat to have, if done properly. However, I don't think it should be in menus by default. Should be an action (which can be keyboard-shortcutted)
