Identities possibilities are too limited.
It is especially painful when dealing with mailing-lists.
My propositions too improve this:

When creating Identity:
- split Advanced tab into two: Transport and Headers. For Headers add features from Composer->Headers
- Spellchecking depending on identity (language!)
- Phrases (again various language issues)
- Charset
- Subject(?)

If user will not set option in identity it should take this setting from global settings.

This problem still exists and is very troublesome where posting in maillists in various languages, in various charsets...

Please fix this. The automatic spellchecker allmost chokes allready on the header line in my danish identity, because the header is in english (on DATE NAME WROTE etc).

Btw, what is the limit of misspelled words before you stop it? Why isn't that configurable, and possibly on a pr identity basis? mails in mailing lists containing code ALLWAYS chokes.

You can edit 
~/.kde/share/config/kdeglobals and in the [KSpell] section add a 
KSpell_AsYouTypeDisablePercentage=101
entry to force as-you-type spell checking to never be automatically 
disabled.

Other percentages are also selectable.

Yes, it's really troublesome with mailinglists in various languages, charsets...
can be handled with ssh-Xforwarding to a 2nd (3rd...) users kmail (independent app and config), but that's hardly what really does the trick
