Description Robert Jonsson 2003-08-18 16:16:43 UTC
Version: 3.0.0a5 (using KDE 3.1.3)
Installed from: Mandrake Linux Cooker i586 - Cooker
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.1 (Mandrake Linux 9.2 3.3.1-0.7mdk)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.21-0.13mdk

Would it be possible to add a visual feedback when a source-file is newer than what is available in CVS?

Perhaps along similar veins as the 'need to save' icon in the document-tab?

Though it would be even better to (also) show this information in the different listings in the left pane.
In - File Groups/File Selector/Classes/Recent.

e.g. Idea does this by changing the color of the name of the file.

Fixed in CVS: please delete ~/.kde/share/config/kdevfileviewrc before running it to check the default colors.

Ah, forgot to say this a feature implements only for vcs/cvsservice plugin with requires Cervisia being installed. Read http://developer.kde.org/documentation/library/cvs-api/kdevelop/html/classCvsServicePart.html#_details for more info
