Using Konqueror 3.1.3 recently installed on Mandrake 9.1 I get almost always the horizontal scroll bar that should not be active. It allows me to scroll just for a few pixels. It apears in www.altavista.com for example, but not in www.google.com. The screen is 1024x768.
