Installed from:    Debian testing/unstable Packages

After upgrading from 3.1.2 to 3.1.3, all KHTML views are about 3% wider than the window can fit, so there is always a horizontal scrollbar (no matter how wide you make the window).  This seems to affect KMail as well as Konqueror.

This regression sounds similar to bug 19902 from KDE 2.0.

Thanks.  Sorry about the dupe.  I wonder why I couldn't find the original  
report using bugzilla... I did search...
