Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.1.3)
Installed from:    RedHat RPMs
OS:          Linux

OS is fully updated Red Hat 9.
KDE 3.1.3 installed from RPMs provided on KDE site.

On all places where HTML is rendered (konquerer, KMail reading HTML messages...), it is rendered few pixels wider than window size is. Although there is enough place, it is rendered wider and horizontal scroll bar is added. If i resize window (make it wider) it is still the same.

works perfect here and never saw that - can you give us a testcase or URL, where this happenes?

well, a website where we can see it, would be good (if the bug still exists). I don't see it for exabple 
on dgl.microsoft.com (just tested that page for another bug with both 3.1.3 and HEAD).

Thank you for your report. We believe this bug to have been fixed. An update 
for KDE 3.1.3 will soon be released with the fix.

At the bottom you will see scrollbar. Screen resolution is 1024x768.

You see that licq makes problems wiht cr/lf. It started happening when I 
upgraded to 3.1.3.
