Installed from:    SuSE RPMs
Compiler:          gcc 3.3 20030226 
OS:          Linux

After upgrading to 3.1.3 the desktop icon labels are outline font. No matter what font is chosen for the desktop or what color is chosen for foreground or background of font, the labels are white with black outline.
