Version:           kmail 1.5.3 (kde 3.1.3-0.9x.4 redhat) (using KDE KDE 3.1.3)
Installed from:    RedHat RPMs
OS:          Linux

steps to reproduce:
1. open kmail, view a mail.

if the mail is short all is ok.
if the email is so long that the right scrollbar appears, the header (easely seen with fancy header) displays under the scrollbar, this makes the botton scrollbar appear.
also textwrapping will not be done correctly, text will display under the right scrollbar.

this bug has not been in the version of kmail that came with 3.1.2
